SUTTLE LODGE WINTER BEER FESTIVAL 2022

All events, prices, personalities, performances, venues, dates and times are subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges. Please check the age limit for your event. Tickets are not tax deductible. All adults are urged to consume alcoholic products responsibly.  Event organizers employ photographers and videographers to help record the events. You acknowledge that by attending you may be photographed or recorded and that those photos or recordings may be used in the future by the event organizers.

Terms & Conditions:

This ticket is valid only for the date and event issued. The Suttle Lodge; Winter Beer Festival, the event organizers, their subsidiaries, their affiliates, and staff (collectively, "the Presenter") are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or other items of personal property. Tickets should not be purchased from anyone other than an authorized ticket agent. By presenting this ticket or attending an event, each ticket holder or attendee expressly agrees that: (1) For security purposes, the holder of this ticket consents to a reasonable inspection before entering and may refused admission if the inspection reveals any prohibited item;(2) This ticket is an at-will license which may be revoked at any time for any reason, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, abusive language, or failure to comply with these terms;(3) This ticket may not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any federal, state/provincial or local laws or regulations;(4) Each attendee shall abide by all rules, policies, and regulations for the event, including but not limited to the terms and conditions on the The Suttle Lodge website, and shall accept the direction of the Presenters and event staff;(5) This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written permission of the Presenter; (6) Anything likely to endanger persons, or which violate any laws, ordinance or regulations are not allowed on event property, and may be removed from the property; (7) Admission to the premises or the event constitutes consent, without further consideration, to be photographed, videotaped, or recorded for any purpose or use; (8) You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event.  You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless all Presenters from any claims related to breach of these terms, the event, or the transmission of Covid-19.

THIS TICKET WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON. UNLESS THE EVENT ORGANIZER CANCELS THE EVENT.

Safety Guidelines:

The safety of all event attendees is our number one priority. You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event.  As you know, Covid-19 in particular is a risk and an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), senior citizens and persons with underlying conditions are especially vulnerable. We will follow the CDC and state of Oregon guidelines for Covid-19, which are subject to change from time to time. 

Additionally we are requiring all guests (ages 5 and up), staff and volunteers will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. As per the current CDC guidelines, fully vaccinated means that it has been two weeks since your primary dose of the vaccine (two doses of Moderna and Pfzer, one dose Johnson & Johnson). No exceptions.

Attendees:

-Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

-Must stay home if experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. Symptoms include, but are not limited to: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, and fatigue

- Are requested to wash their hands and use hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue

Venue Details:

- Seating capacity will not exceed current state and OHA guidelines for Outdoor Entertainment Establishments.

- Outdoor beer garden with fire pits, possible inclement weather, and a number of beverage and food dispensing stations.

- Ample walkways throughout the venue to allow for safe passage

- Numerous hand-washing and sanitizing stations at venue

- Restrooms will be sanitized by a restroom attendant

- Pre-event communications and on-site posted signage with instructions, reminders and venue protocols

Staff and Crew:

-Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

- Required to wear face coverings

- Prohibited from working if experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. Symptoms include, but are not limited to: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, and fatigue

- Trained on Covid-19 safety and sanitation procedures

- Mandated to practice regular hand-washing, sanitization, and social-distancing protocols

PLEASE NOTE: Any public place where people are present brings an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19. Given the foregoing, as a condition of your entry to the event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless all event owners, operators, producers, participants, performers and their respective principals, affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives from any claims related to the transmission of Covid-19. Please check for updates immediately prior to the event.

Venue Policies:

The event organizers reserve the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any event attendee who fails to comply with the rules of the event or applicable laws or guidelines, including but not limited to those related to Covid-19.
