The Royal Coachmen Pop-Up Dinner!

Doug Adams, renowned Portland chef, teamed up with fly fisherman James Park to create The Royal Coachmen; a culinary pop-up that celebrates delicious food, bringing folks together, and enjoying the great outdoors. All of our favorite things.

Lucky us and lucky you, the Royal Coachman will be popping up on September 20th for a special al fresco dinner on the back deck. This 5-course ‘Old West Steakhouse’ menu will have relish trays, jumbo shrimp cocktails, smoked prime rib, s’mores, and more! Sound good? It gets better. Cooking alongside Doug Adams will be guest chef, Peter Cho. Cho, owner of Han Oak, is one of Portland’s most acclaimed chefs. Han Oak garnered Best New Restaurant from the James Beard Foundation, Eater National, GQ, and Esquire magazine. Not too shabby.

Not only will this food knock your socks off, but the coachman will also be sharing some fly fishing tips and tricks throughout the night. They’ll be showing off tying skills, doing casting demos, and offering insight on how to fly fish the Metolius River.

Great food, great people, and little nature knowledge to boot. What’s not to love?
