WINTER BEER FEST

Join us for the third annual Suttle Lodge Winter Beer Festival! We’ve got three whole days of Bavarian-inspired outdoor fun with 28 craft breweries, food + snacks, live music and ALL the cozy winter lodge vibes.

Come taste new releases from some of our favorite Oregon breweries, snuggle by the toasty fires, enjoy the musical stylings of our house band, take in the fresh forest air and eat all the pretzels (with or without mustard…we won’t judge).
And it’s all for a great cause! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to our to our friends at CASA of Central Oregon.

A Note About Health + Safety:

The festival will be held outdoors and will comply with all state and country guidelines at the time of the event. All guests (ages 5 and up), staff and volunteers will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. As per the current CDC guidelines, fully vaccinated means that it has been two weeks since your primary dose of the vaccine (two doses of Moderna and Pfizer, one dose Johnson & Johnson). No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our community safe. All guests will be notified of any health + safety updates prior to the event.

SPECIAL THANKS:

A big ol' thank you to our friends at MiiR for the fest’s snazzy commemorative camp cups and Reyka Vodka, Tullamore Dew and Fords Gin for keeping our VIP Bar stocked with the good stuff.

EVENT FAQS:

What if I don’t drink or I’m the designated driver?

Awesome, thanks for being responsible. All non-drinking guests and DDs will be issued a special wristband that will get you into the event and plenty of warm non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy. Simply show up and let us know you’ll be fest-ing with us sober and we’ll get you sorted.

Oooh a VIP Bar, tell me more?

The festival’s VIP Bar will be tucked in The Den of the main lodge, offering a cozy respite for our VIP guests to steal away for some signature winter cocktails with our friends from Reyka Vodka, Tullamore Dew and Fords Gin. Shaken, stirred- they’re all for you fancypants.

Are kids allowed?

For sure! Bring the kiddos. We’ll have hot cocoa, warm apple cider and live music for them to rock out to. No tickets are required for children.

What about pets?

We’re a pet friendly destination - it’s the outdoors after all. We ask that you keep your dogs on leash and we kindly ask that you be responsible for picking up after your pets.

What are the food options?

In addition to our regular winter menu at the Lodge we’ll have two food tents for the festival- with ALL the brats, pretzels, hearty soups and beer-friendly foods available for purchase.

What about the weather?

Yes, it’ll be winter and yes, it will be cozy! We’ll have roaring fires around the rustic village and heated food tents to keep the vibe high and the feels warm and fuzzy. That being said, dress appropriately (start knitting those scarves today).

What about parking?

Parking is free and will be available around the property. Carpooling is encouraged!

What’s your refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. That being said, times being what they are, in the unlikely event of the event being canceled, all ticket holders will be refunded.

Do you need volunteers?

Heck yeah we do. Thanks for asking. CLICK HERE for more details.
